Mr. Peng assists and advises on matters involving U.S. taxation and immigration.
He brought significant business and finance experience to our firm's legal practice. Before joining the firm, Mr. Peng spent more than a decade in investment management and real estate development. In those roles, he carried executive-level responsibilities in financial planning and structuring for development projects with an aggregate value exceeding US$2 billion.
